COVID - 19: What are your new protocols?

As of May 14th, 2020, we have added new procedures to our standard practices for the safety of our employees and our guests.


  • We have reconfigured seating to accommodate the governor’s dining room capacity and distance requirements between dining tables and chairs.
  • Limited seating and distance rules will be in place.
  • We will have touchless thermometers to monitor employees’ temperatures upon arriving to work.
  • Sick or potentially sick or virus exposed employees are to stay home.
  • Hand-sanitizer stations will be placed throughout the restaurant and guest waiting areas for both guests and employees to use.
  • We will mark points of entry into the restaurant to indicate where to stand while waiting to provide space between each guest approaching our check in desk.
  • Servers will take orders from a noticeable distance. Both servers and food runners will place orders on the tables with speed, efficiency, and safety.
  • All silverware setups, napkins, and condiment items have been removed from tabletops; they will be brought to the tables as needed.
  • Single-use disposable menus will be used.
  • All payment tablets/check presenters will be sanitized after each use.
  • All chairs and tables will be thoroughly sanitized after each guests’ departure.
  • Bathrooms will be cleaned every ten minutes, along with all high-touch surfaces being wiped with sanitizing solution.
  • All sanitizing solution stations are to be changed every hour.
  • All kitchen surfaces, doors, tables, and utensils are to be sanitized every half hour.
  • All high-touch surfaces in the front of the restaurant and on the beach will be continuously sanitized during the day by 1-2 designated employees.
  • For now, we will discontinue volleyball, beach toys, and other beach games.
  • Continue to text message alerts for touchless notification when a guest’s table is ready.
  • Utilize our Beach Patrol (security) to monitor guest spacing.
  • Our Beach Patrol/Porters will be sanitizing beach chairs and tables regularly.

We are now Closed on Mondays, Open Tuesday – Sunday 11am Daily! (We are also Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & New Years Day)

The owner’s name is as close as we come to a “Buffet.”
